I’m working on a Regional Manager opportunity within a growing Psychological Division, overseeing multiple teams across NSW. This is a genuine leadership role — not just operational oversight, but real influence across performance, culture, and growth.
The role:
- Oversee up to 4 teams
- Lead, mentor and develop Team Leaders
- Drive performance, engagement, and retention
- Support regional growth and team expansion
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and direction
